It is mandatory to stay at the hotel that your team is assigned to - failure to do so will result in expulsion from the tournament and/or exclusion in future years.

PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT THE HOTELS DIRECTLY UNTIL ROOMS HAVE BEEN RELEASED TO YOUR TEAM MANAGER. 

Tournament organizers are very pleased to have nine major Calgary hotels as our tournament sponsors. Special pricing has been arranged for tournament attendees which represents a substantial discount to their normal summer rates. And most importantly, because we automatically book rooms for each team upon their entry, we can guarantee room availability for single and/or multiple teams from the same club. Once you submit your team roster, please have your team manager work thru us for all accommodation requests. We advise the hotel which teams will be staying with them and only then can you book with them directly.

Hotel rates for all nine of our sponsors are $169 plus applicable taxes ( 2 queen beds or king bed & queen pullout per room)  and includes up to 4 free buffet breakfast coupons daily. 

The host hotels are significant sponsors of our tournament. We have over 700 rooms blocked off with nine major hotels. Tournament organizers assign hotels to the teams and provide booking info to the team managers who can then pass on same to the team parents. Wherever possible, we will accommodate families and friends all within the same hotel so that all you see are friendly faces.
